Q1: What about the shipping methods?

A1: For urgent or small order, you can choose the following express: UPS, FedEx, DHL,

TNT,EMS, SF express etc.For large bulk order, we advise to ship by sea/air to save shipping cost

Q2: What about the payment methods?

A2: Normally we accept 30% deposit TT when order confirmed, and 70% balance against copy of B/L documents. Also L/C is acceptable for the amount is more than $30,000.Pay Pal, Western Union are available for sample fee. 

Q3: Can we have samples to check the quality and pattern?

A3: Of course, samples are available. You have to take the sample fee and express delivery cost.

Sample fee is right the unit price.  

For the customized style, you need to pay extra charge for the sampling fee include mould fee.

Q4: Will the sample fee refund?

A4: Yes, we will refund the sample charge, when order confirmed.

Q5: Is OEM/ODM acceptable?

A5:OEM/ODM are workable. Meanwhile, our professional team will offer your professional suggestion to your development program.

Q6: How long a sample order take?  How about bulk production lead time?

A6: Generally, the sampling time is about 7-10 days after  sample fee collected;  the production lead time  is 25-35 days from the 

day you confirm the pp sample.

Q7: What’s the MOQ?

A7: MOQ for stock styles: 1pcs per color.

MOQ:1000pcs /color for not in stock style or newly developed styles.
