the PE PP granulating line is used to granulate the clean PE/PP/BOPP soft materials such as PE/BOPP films and PP bags,  it consists of belt conveyor, metal detector, single-screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, mould, water-ring pellet cutter,vibration sieve, blowing system and storage silo.

1, cutter compactor: use to cut and shrink the materials into the small hard scraps, then feed them into the screw;

2, vertical gear box with biger torgue, screw is made of 38CrMoAlA;

3, pillar type hydraulic screen changer: no material leaking phenomenon during the prodcution;

4, Pelletizer: horrizontal design, 2 or 3 or 4 blades design for your choice;

5,ABB inverter, SIEMENS electrical parts,OMRON ter;

6, current supply range: 100~500kg/h lines
