1. Q: Can I get some samples before order?

    A: Yes, of course. If we have the sample in stock, we will send it to you right away, if not, we will make a sample for you.

2: Q: Can I add my own logo on the sample?

    A: Yes, of course. We have embossing, printing process to make the logo.

3. Q : How long can I receive my sample?

    A: If we have samples in stock, then it will take 4-5 working days for you to receive. If not, it will take 3-5 days to produce the sample.

4. Q : What's the MOQ?

    A: The MOQ is 300 PCS.The colors can be mixed in one container,but the quantity should not less than 100 PCS.

5. Q : How does your factory do related quality control?

6. Q : What's the delivery time?

    A:Generally speaking,it will take about 45days to finish an order from MOQ to 40'HQ.But the extra time is according to your quantity.
