2. Do you supply customerized serivce?

 

Yes, we supply customerized service, such as: soap flower color, soap flower quantity, LOGO sticker, LOGO hang tag, and gift box.

 

3. What is MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

 

The MOQ is 1 carton. Could be different soap flower gift box, or together with our other gift items.

 

4. How many boxes in one carton?

 

It depends on the size of gift box.

 

5. Could I place an order of mixing the different bouquet?

 

Yes, it is acceptable. You may choose any kind of soap flower gift box and any quantity of each.

 

6. How do you pack and ship the gift boxes? 

 

We use the carton with the size of 65x50x50cm to contain soap flower gift box.

We could ship the carton by courier, several cartons are recommended.

(EMS is recommended as it is charged by actual weight with lower shipping fee, it takes 7-15 days to deliver; DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS is not recommended as it is charged by cubic weight, with much higher shipping fee, it takes 3-5 days to deliver.)

We also ship the cartons by sea, more than 10 cartons are recommended.

  

7. How do I place an order?
