Description of dryer: 

Rotary Dryer is widely used for drying slag limestone, coal powder, slag, clay, etc. Dryer can also be used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical and cement industry. Dryer mainly consists of dryer body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, seal ring, etc. Dryer can be generally divided into four types, they are: rotary dryer, triple-drum dryer, indirect heat transfer dryer, vertical dryer. Operational principle of rotary dryer: 

Rotary dryer consists of  rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.

 

The raw material enters the rotary dryer by electromagnetic vibrating feeder. 

 

There is also a feeding chute at the inlet of sawdust rotarydryer to assit materials going down quickly. 

 

Meanwhile, the hot air generated by burnergoes into the rotary dryer from heating furnace and the material get heated.  

 

 

Wet material is loaded from one head of rotary dryer, and then it is stirred by the bafflers that is uniformly distributed in the barrel. Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the rotary dryer, fully contact the hot air of parallel (or counter) flow, so the drying process is expedited, and the impulsion power of media transfer is enhanced. During the drying process, material is under the effect of angled baffler and hot air, moves to the star shape unloader that is at the other head of therotary dryer.
