So, it is more expensive for us to create cosmetics with balanced formula.  We stick to handmade cosmetics, so we are actually in a much smaller place. Belle Coeur Laboratory is working with skilled engineers, handwork, handcraft, different machinery, different mindset, and different materials dealing.  So it actually costs us more but customers’ satisfaction is guarantee.

♦  Product development is made according to the costumers’ requests. It is very specific work and only highly skilled technicians are capable of designing the prescriptions of products. We offer two time free prescription designs to customers for $50 USD deposit money.
