SUPER LARGE BORE

The SUPER LARGE BORE was the first improvement over the LARGE BORE system. 

Introduce during the early 1970s, it offers a vast improvement in inflation time

required to inflate the larger tires being introduced to the market at that time.

It is still the most popular of the larger bores available today; however it requires the use of a special inflator to fully take advantage of the larger bore.

JDM-1950-##  Valve Assembly

Complete swivel valve assembly including JDR-520 core housing and JDT-81 clamp-in spud. It is primarily used on tires sizes up to 57''. When ordering you must specify effective length required which is measured from the center of the swivel connector to the end of the core housing. For example a 36'' valve should be ordered as follows: JDM-1950-36

JDM-1900-## Valve Assembly

Basically the same as JDM-1950 but supplied without the clamp-in spud. When ordering you must specify the effective length required.

JDM-4000-## Flexible Extension

Flexible extension used to make up JDS-296 series assemblies. When ordering you must supply effective length required which is measured from end to end. For example for 29'' assembly you would order JDM-400-29

JDR-760 Flexible Tubing

Flexible tubing used to make up the SUPER LARGE BORE flexible extensions. Avaible in 100m/roll.

JD-990 Assembly Tool
