Hydraulic Press Machine - Mechanism Features
- This press machine adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and lock ring.
- The hydraulic press machine adopts vertical lift and translation mode for top mould and beam. The bladder control mechanism is B type.
- This press machine is configured with segmented mould driving device.
- This press machine adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.
Hydraulic Press Machine - Characteristics
- This hydraulic press machine adopts imported sliding element for upper beam movement. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision.
- Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically. The clamping force and shaping force is adjustable.
- Heating type: Steamer Type. This can improve the quality of vulcanization and reduce the energy consumption.
- The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.
This hydraulic press machine is applicable to vulcanize giant rubber radial tire. Using this press machine, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tyre production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tyre, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
