1. Main frame is made by 38*38*1.5 stainless steel Square pipes, top belt frame is made by 30*30 square pipe.

2.The main conveyor belt frame guard plate is folded by 4.0mm stainless steel plate

3.The belt is for Intralox, materials is PP. Suportting materials under belt is PE.

4.The middle belt is Intralox 850seriese, width:611mm, side waste belt is Intralox 1650seriese, width:152mm, top belt Intralox 1650series,width:228mm

5.All the bearings are stainless steel.

6.All motor adopts inverter speed control, emergency stop switch with foot pedal

7.All power lines laying through the stainless steel pipe, workers standing on table can be adjusted with stroke  of 100mm.

1.After our customer place an order,we will arrange factory to produce.

2.After we begin the process,the customer can come to factory for inspection cargo.

3.Delivery :by sea or by air both ok,FOB price.

4.What is FOB term? Answer:cost /delivery fee in domestic/port charges.

5.Delivery time:by air usually 4-7days,by sea it depends on how far away the detination it is.

6.Shipping insurance:The supplier pay it.

7.Package material:according to practical needs we can choose bulk /bundle/plywood case.

What payment terms we accept?

1.T/T  30% deposit,the 70% banlance before shipment.
