1. What is humane slaughtering method? The Humane Slaughter Act, or the Humane Methods of Livestock Slaughter Act, is a United States federal law designed to decrease suffering of livestock during slaughter.
2. What information do I need to provide? Capacity of pig is going to slaughter and process in one hour or one day.
3. Slaughtering way is available? Standard slaughtering project is used for pig slaughterhouse or general slaughterhouse Halal slaughtering project is used for muslin slaughterhouse. We make sure animal faces to Allah.
4. How to do with viscera or other by-products? Either throw out or reuse. We provide viscera processing machine, such as tripe washer, feet dehairing machie.
5. How to distribute final production? Whole carcass, half carcass, corned meet, mince, sausage, feet, etc.
6. Is cold room necessary in my slaughterhouse?
Cold room is helped to break down lactic acid. Lactic acid in the muscle has the effect of retarding the growth of bacteria that have contaminated the carcass during slaughter process. Quick-frozen room is used for packed product.
