Introduction

 

With the rapid development of the urban construction, the quality of the sidewalk in the city is improving gradually.In nowadays, the terrazzo tile can replace the various kinds of color ground brick because of its elevated taste,fastness and long-living. Thus the terrazzo tile has captured the primary territory of sideway construction in city. But at the present time,the production of the terrazzo tile is still using the manual terrazzo machine in domestic.Low productivity, high cost,covering an area of large, high consumption, these are the characteristics of the manual terrazzo machine. So,how to increase the efficiency and reduce the cost has became a big problem to the manufacturers of terrazzo tile. Based on that, Tongli Machinery delved in this problem independently, then designed and manufactured the energy-saving automatic terrazzo machine, which can solve the problem.

 

Features

 

1. There are 6 stations,  five 1-5 type stone grinders.Transfer stations, turn the stone grinders,feed water can all realize automation. The rough calibrating, smoothing, fine-polishing and final-polishing can be accomplished only once.

  

2.Because of the high automatic, it is very obvious that the labor,electricity,labor intensity,space and cost can be saved greatly.

 

3.This machine has advanced design, skillful structure,excellent quality,and easy to operate and maintain.

 

4.It can produce terrazzo tile around the clock, and the maximal output of the terrazzo can achieved 350 square meter/day.The monthly capacity is over 10000 square meter.
