Are you manufacturer or retailer?

We are furniture manufacturer. Our factory named ShiXuan and  located in Shengfang town HeiBei province of  China. To met the request of exporting the goods governed by Chinese Law, the factory owner Mr.King Funded DOOVA FURNITURE CO.LTD.

How can I visit your factory?

You can simply order an air ticket to BeiJing and contact us. Our drive, manager, technician and director will accompany you throughout the whole journey. Please feel free to come to visit and enjoy our hospitality.

How can I get a sample?

We are gladded to hear the request of sample. The samples are free for most time, but some special luxury items need you to pay. The delivering fee are unavoidable. 

What is the MOQ, do you accept small order?

The ”MOQ” are the minimum order quantity for factory producing which are no less than a 20FT container.  For the order less than that, we will check the remaining product in our warehouse, and the price will be higher. Please order some products that are more than 10 cubic meters, and that is the minimum quantities we can accept.

What guarantee do I have? What if I receive some broken chair?

We do not offer any guarantee due to the item value. Few broken parts out of thousands products are common and unavoidable during the shipment. But we have two way to solve this problem: 1. There are some extra parts in the container along with the products, we can guide you to fix the broken one. 2. For unfixable products we will shipping a new one in the next order.
