TL Series  Concrete Tile Production Equipment can produce various tiles for  roof/wall/floor/stai/insulation tiles and pavers. Using PLC control system  makes automatic

and manual operation are available.

Just one or two common workers can operate the  Concrete Tile Production Equipment

 

Characteristic of  Concrete Tile Production Equipment : 

 

TL -125D high speed mould pressing machine: high speed 8-10pieces of tiles can be molded in one minute. 

 

 

The machine putts the wet concrete into 130 ton pressure then filter pressed through molds in high quality. So its rain-proof and wind-proof performance is very good. 

 

Hydraulic system: it adopts Japan Yuken hydraulic system. 

 

Mating: it adopts imported intelligent hydraulic system device and automatic oil pressure distributing which is advancedconfiguration in hydraulic system. 

 

 

Work flow: theline has four parts: barket conveyor, rooling mixer, dosing mixer, and the main machine. when the machineis working ,the barket convryor take the materials to the rooling mixer, the rooling mixer is used to seperate the big stone fromthe materials to stir the materials more evenly ang quickly. when it is well mixe ,the materials will be sent into dosing mixer. then
