1.Jujub winnowing machine

It can be used to remove the weeds,leaves from jujube and effectively filter gravel and other heavy debris. With the unique inflow system,it can guarantee the workshop is always clean.

2.Jujub classifier

It can be used to divide the dimensions of the jujube and then recorganization.The advantage is grade standardly,no hurt to the jujube.

3.Bubble washing machine(the first wash)

It can be used to eliminate the soil preliminary.With the circular arc angle and conical bottom design,the clean is convenient, and has the high pressure spraying , the clean effect is better .

4.Brush cleaner(the second wash)

Eliminate the impurities like hair,weed,textile fiber and so on.With the unique crenel design and soft high quality food grade nylon material,celan the jujube thoroughly and no hurt to the material.

5.Spray bubble washing machine(the third wash)

Clean the jujube thoroughly based on the first and second washing.

6.Roller type drier(Net belt type drier)

Used to dry the surface water after washed.With the rotation type roller,dry it comprehensive

7.Roller type sterilization machine

Used for sterilization and desinfection.

8.Belt type drying machine

Used to dry the inner moisture of the jujube.With reciprocating multi-band network and three temperature regions (high,medium and low),the humidity can be controled automatic.

The equipments can be reduce or increase by the customer's requirements.
