2. How can I get a sample?

We are glad to hear the request of sample. The samples are free for most time, but some special luxury items need you to pay. The delivering fee are unavoidable.  

3. How does your quality control?

We have a professional QC team with 8 persons to test the products and pack ages before delivery. We will control the  goods quality during all the mass production. We guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products. Please  feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with Triumph’s quality or service, if the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For  foreign orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special cases, we will give discount as a solution.
