Solvent-free Fiberglass Mesh is made of E-glass fiber mesh soaks some special epoxy resin, and then bake them, after this it becomes solvent-free prepreg insulation mesh for transformer.
Characteristics
It is the special solvent-free epoxy resin soaks and bake the fiberglass mesh to become prepreg. In the transformer it is pouring epoxy reaction cross-linked without the small molecule release, There is no small molecule product because of the solvent-free. It ensures that the transformer doesn’t have air-gap discharge and low PD value.
Application
It is widely used in epoxy cast dry-type transformer,reactors and other casting electrical products, it is high strength, partical discharge, insulation. It also can effectively prevent the internal stress which is generated by a variety of factors, and it can cause the insulation pouring into cracking dregs and other phenomena. It greatly increased the coil skeleton of the overall mechanical strength and insulation.
