The fabric of the throw pillow is breathable, colorful and fade-resistant. There is a zipper in the pillow case. It is very easy to wash and clean.

Washing method:

Unfold throw pillow to be quilt. It can be machine washable or hand washable. Use warm water to clean. Do not bleach.Medium temperature ironing.Hang to dry.

About the sample fee

Q1: Are free samples available ?

A:   Yes. You can have a free sample , but you only should pay the freight. If OEM, sample fee will be charged a little.

Q2: Why do you charge the sample fee?

A:We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee,  it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples,  until you say “ok, it is perfect”.  And  once  you place orders to us, samples charge will be directly deducted from order amount.

Q3: How about the sample freight?

A : If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.

Q4: How can get the free samples?

A: When your value of trade reaches 50,000 USD, you will be our VIP customer. And all your samples will be free, meantime the samples time will be much shorter than normal.

Q5: What is the sample  time?

A: It is 3-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the samples urgently, it can be done within two days.

Q2: How can I get the discount?

A: The discount is up to your order quantity. Large quantity will have the best price. Your rolling order can help you get a bigger discount. Delivery time, material will influence the price.

Q1: How do you control the quality?

A: Our factory has more than five years experiences in home textiles. And all our workers have excellent experiences in cushion, pillow and other home textiles. Professional QC experts will go to factory to check the materials and each parts to make sure the production goes correctly.  We check the finish products one by one, make sure the quality is good. We will send them by sea with strict packing.

About the MOQ

Q1:  What is your MOQ?

A: To our old customers, there is no MOQ. 10 PCS, 50 PCS, 100 PCS… IS OK. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize in cushion, we can do very small quantity for you. 500 pcs or 1000 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that. Then there will not be MOQ to you. We don’t supply resale service, if you really want to get a cushion from us, please contact our sales, they can help you.

Q2:  How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

A: Tell us how many pcs bad goods, sending us the photos, we will refund 2-10 times cost or remake the goods for you.

About the delivery Time

1.  Usually, it is 25-30 days according to your quantity.
2.  Your urgent order is acceptable, 10-25 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
