The product belong to 110gsm polyester solid color , and the size could be  customized. 

1. After confirmation of the order and details, we'll make pre-production sample for customers.

2. Mass production starts after confirmation of pre-production sample.

3. Quality inspection after fabrics are finished.

4. After sewing and stitching, there will be quality inspection before packaging.

5. When mass production is finished, there will be random inspection before shipping.

We have a special quality control  system (by tracing all products in each procedure) to make sure that our products meet customers' requirement!
