Uses and Features:

ZSL series centrifugal sieve is the improved type of CX centrifugal sieve. It is used for selecting pulp(chemical mechanical pulp, waste paper pulp, etc) It has some good advantages of high efficiency, less pulp wastage, no blockage, low power consumption, small footprint, simple operation and maintenance. It is widely used as screening equipment in the pulp and paper industry.  

The principle of structure: centrifugal pulp screen machine is mainly composed by casing, motor base, drum sieve, rotor and motor components and so on. Slurry enters into the sieve drum through the slurry port of the shell side .The good slurry relies on the sieve drum internal and external differential pressure and the centrifugal force acting to pass the sieve, and the crude residue and the fiber bundle is intercepting within the sieve drum and is discharged through the tail pulp port.

Usage: 1,Equipment must work at full load, the amount of slurry into the uniform; enough volume stability headbox; 2,Normal operation requires no vibration, the spindle no zandong phenomenon, the stable current. If it has not a normal phenomenon, we should stop immediately to have a inspection, 3,The order of opening or closing: (1)Boot sequence:a,Check and openslurry inletvalves;b,Open thedilutionwater valve;c,Starting motor;d,Open the pump of into pulp, the box of into pulp isto be close to overflow to open the slurry valve gradually. (2)Shutdown sequence:a,Close the valve of the intake pump and into the pulp;b,To continue flushing the sieve drum within a few minutes to make sure the sieve drum is without pulp.   c,Turn off motor;d,Turn offthewater valve.
