Uses and Features:
The pump is one of the latest equipment for the pulp and paper industry, transport pulp is not blocked. And it can adapt to a wide range of concentrations (1% -5%), low requirements to the slurry containing light and heavy impurities in the slurry, the traditional the pulp pump has incomparable applicability and power-saving advantages of 50%.

Use: The two-phase flow pulp pump has a hydraulic design with the two-phase theory of the relative suction, relative "blocking to makethe hydraulic performance ofthe pump flow components in line with the rule of the solid-liquid two-phase flow, so as to reduce erosion and wear of the pulp flow passage components, and greatly improve the efficiency and service life of the pump.
1. Efficiency, energy saving:Operating efficiency of 3-10 percentage points higher on average than ordinary pulp pump, energy saving and consumption reduction can be up to15-30%.
2. Cavitation performance, long life:The actual service life can be increased by 2-3 times than ordinary pulp pump;
3. High concentration, no plug: transportation pulp concentration can be up to 6%
4. Reasonable structure, easy maintenance:The pump head part adopts before-after open door structure, maintenance without dismantling piping, just to move the motor back to the pump.
