HC-210 / 6, HC-200 / 6, HC-190 / 6 type six lines drawing facial tissue paper machines, which are adopted advanced PLC computer control, AC frequency, automatic counting sub-stack, man-machine interface parameter input displaying system, has high degree of automation and stable and reliable operating. Their working principles are to fold the base paper into hinged rectangle stack papers by embossing and then longitudinal cutting and transaction by knife rolls. The machine with simple operation, high efficiency can slit, fly edge, fold at the same time, which can reduce the production processes and save costs significantly.
Main features:
1.The unreeling stand: The two-axis horizontal pneumatic wide belt unwinding and independent tension adjustment device, which can adjust the unwinding tension of different paper simply and reduce labor intensity greatly
2.Function of automatic stop when paper breaking: avoid producing waste paper when there is no paper or breaking paper.
3.Embossing or blank pressing device: wide range production, which can adapt to different requirements.
4.This machine can fold the finished product of different width at one time; a flexible longitudinal cutting device can regulate the slitting width during the range of 100-210mm arbitrarily.
5.Flying edge of body paper device: four-layer discontinuously cutting and flying edge works at the same time, which can keep the finished paper surface neatly at both ends.
6.Horizontal four axis unwinding stand: the four axis single layer base paper can reduce the cutting rewinding processes, increase productivity, and reduce production costs.
