2. Usage :                          Egg Tray machinery used for making the molded pulp products,such as egg tray,egg carton/box fruit tray,coffee tray. It is small investment.

3. Dryer line:                  dryer line has two different lines. One is full-automatic dryer line, the other is made by brick(this is more cheaper). The length of line is 50 metres.

4. Production detial :    stainless steel pulp tank, the surface of platens are covered with     stainless steel.

                                        The whole production line include pulp making system + egg tray molding system + egg tray drying system + egg tray packing system.

                                        The drying line we will make single layer or multi layer depend on buyer's request.

Pulp moulding production line, which uses waste paper, cardboard, leftover material of paper mill, by hydraulic pulper, mix making a certain dense pulp, and pulp is absorbed by vacuum of special metal moulding to become wet products, through drying and shaping to become finished products.
