Ⅰ.Introduction

     This machine completes the sealing off, cut off, punch, count, rolled linking at the same time. It reduces the production process, increases the production efficiency, saves cost, improve the economic benefits. The machine adopts photoelectric tracer and the magnetic stepping motor is used for material gripping, pneumatic control is used for punch. Make the bag with high accuracy and low mechanical running noise.

1.Bag variety: white bag, color bag, colored figure bag, parallel bag, vest bag.

2.Sealing-off iron: adopts constant temperature self-control, which can set the required temperature according to the film thickness and its characteristic.

3.The color mark tracer adopts the advanced computer-control and stepping motor control, accurately controls the length of bag.

4.Main motor adopts DC speed-control motor to improve the bag making speed. For material discharging, DC serve motor coordinates with optical control so as to realize automatic for discharging.

5.From coiling raw material film, automatic discharge, sealing-off, cut-off, count, wind-up to self-stop, the machine realizes automatic bag making,
