--- Yes, the snaps adjust to fit babies from 9-35lbs.

Q3:When do washing, what is attention for new cloth diaper  ?

--- Please wash diaper pocket and inserts separately, and do not wash them together with your other clothes.

Q4: What temperature for new cloth diaper when do the washing ?

---  suitable for the water temperature under 30°c
