1. What is carcon fiber?

Answer: Carbon fiber is a super strong material that's also extremely light weight. Engineers and designers love it because it's five times as strong as steel two times as stiff, yet weighs about two-thirds less. Carbon fiber is basically very thin strands of carbon -- even thinner than human hair. The properties of carbon fibers, such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, make them very popular in aerospace, civil engineering, military, and motorsports, along with other competition sports.

Carbon fibers are usually combined with other materials to form a composite. When combined with a plastic resin and wound or molded it forms carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (often referred to as carbon fiber) which has a very high strength-to-weight ratio, and is extremely rigid although somewhat brittle. However, we make solid carbon fiber combined with stainless steel, 925 sterling silver or other material into modern fashion jewelry. This is a kind of innovation, but also the lead of a trend.

2. Could you provide us free sample?

Answer: All of our products are high quality, the raw material and labor cost is very high. If the items in our stock, free sample can be available. Otherwise, the sample will be double charge.

3. Does model or die sinking cost will be charge?

Answer: If the design from Coolman, we will bear the cost. Otherwise, model charge will be required from customer. But, the cost also could be returned if your official order quantity meet our request.

4. How about the delivery time?

Answer: Generally speaking, the sample order need 10-15 working days; the official order need 30-60 working days. If there are complicated design and massive quantity, may need 3 month.

5. Could you provide us some test report for free?

Answer: yes, of course.

6. Do you support OEM or ODM?
