This machine is applicable to all types of cotton hank yarn mercerizing.

·Higher production efficiency:mercerized roller body of up to 1570mm,the yield of 100kg/hour(60/2Ne),each working cycle is:6 minutes,equipped with advanced automatic yarn loading and unloading device,a 

short downtime,yarn changing fast,time-saving and labor-saving operation,make higher production of mercerized efficiency.

·Product wide adaptability:the machine is equipped with wide adaptatility of mercerizing lye online detection system and 

precision mercerizing tension control system,can achieve a variety of yarn process parameters required.
