1. Bed Liner

---Brief Introduction:

(1) Materials: HDPE(High-density Polyethylene)

(2) Mode: Advanced tech to open the mode. Unique “zero seam” assembly process. 100% fit with the pickup bed itself.
(3) Features:
-Good and comfortable texture
-Can subject to the temperature ranging from -40°C to 70°C. Won’t age or deform within this range.
-Good corrosion resistance performance.
-Light weight, so only little increase to the oil consumption.
-High intensity, more than six times stronger than ordinary plastics,having the capability to bear 200kg without deformation
-Realize the real combination of hardness and lightness
(4) About the installation:
Adopt the simplest ways. No need to drill, so no harm to the pickup bed. The pickup truck bed liners can be installed only in ten minutes.

(1) Are we manufacturer?

We are production enterprise, integrating research, manufacture and sales. Besides, we own one independent research department and three production lines: one FRP line, one metal plate line and one PE line.

(4) Are our products suitable for your pickup? Might the size be incorrect?

We use the original pickup bed to open mold. One piece of goods matches one pickup bed.

(5) Can we install the products yourself?

Our products adopt the simplest ways to install. For most of them, no need to drill, so no harm to the pickup bed, realizing the DIY design.

(6) What’s the advantages of FRP materials?

FRP is short for “Fiber Reinforce Plastic”, having the features of large weight capacity, corrosion and deformation resistance(long lifetime) and light weight(little increase to oil consumption)

 (7) Our pickup truck bed liner is made of HDPE. What’s its advantages when compared with iron?
-Aesthetics: More fashionable and beautiful exterior.
-Installation: With specified accessory parts. No need to drill.
-Rust: Iron is easy to rust, but HDPE not.
-Life time: Six to seven times longer than iron materials.
