1) milkshakes from most of your favorite drinks in only 7 minutes.

2) Just place the inner core in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours beforehand (can be stored it there inbetween uses)

3) then simply slide it into outer hand-protecting sleeve, pour in your drink, and stir.
