1)The bed lathe is welded by thick wall seamless cast steel. It is analyzed and designed with FEA and worktable is more reasonable and stable.

2)All of the bearings, ball screw, linear square rails, etc are lubricated and maintained automatically by the concentrate control system of the machine.

3)Vcuum working table is divided into 6 individual zones with seperate switch controller .

4)Z axis is equipped with pneumatic balance system, which is a closed circle so as to realize minimum energy consumption during working.
