Tomato sauce filling line

The fully automatic high speed thick sauce filling and sealing machine set takes Siemens PLC automatic control technology and touch screen interface operation, and also takes frequency conversion technology to adjust operation speed. Its capacity is less than or equal to 600 cans/minute. It is also equipped with imported geared motors. Filling & sealing speed synchronizes with the speed of geared motors, which make the machine run stably and reliably and it has become an excellent choice for filling application which requires high filling accuracy. The machine set is also equipped with automatic lubricating system and imported rolls and chucks which guarantee safe and smooth running of the machine. The machine set presents such merits as accurate filling volume, high qualification rate of sealing, proper structure, high automatism, nice appearance with stainless steel frame and so on. All the above characteristics make the machine set meet the food sanitation requirements well. Thus it is the ideal machine set for medium to large-sized canned food factories.
