Product description

Automatic bottle rinsing machine is to wash PET bottles before filling. Bottles are washed by spraying pure water to bottle inside and outside, and turn upside down to drain off water. Bottles will be sent to UV sterilizer after washing. If customer needs, automatic drier can be matched.

Enclosed worm gear and worm reducer are used for this machine, featured with step-less speed variation, stainless steel plate enclosure, and compact structure. The conveyor belt feeds the bottles which are ready to be washed to the bottle feeding screw. Due to synchronous and continuous operation of bottle feeding screw and bottle feeding star wheel, bottles are fed into the center of rotation machine. The machine sprays and washes along with turntable rotating. After washing is completed, it returns to the initial state, and then the washed bottles are pushed out by star wheel. The whole process is completed automatically.
