2. Jiujiu dust collector filter cartridge technical details:
End caps (top & bottom caps):
Jiujiu dust filter cartridge end caps materials is adopted AISI stainless steel, which is with nice features of high tension strength, anti-corrosion, durable using, good appearance;
between end caps and filter media is special polyurethane foam, which has perfect seal performance;
O-type seal ring:
O-type seal ring is used between filter cartridge and sliding plate, which is with stable quality, durable service life
Inner screen & outer screen fixation:
By adopting international advanced automatic apiral plastic injector for Inner screen & outer screen fixation to ensure max filtration airflow;
Installations:
It is easily for users to install our dust filter cartridge by connecting one end cap with Hollowed-out round hole size (14-17cm) for convenient installations. Because the other end cap without hole and sealed well;
Maintainance:
Due to advanced processing equipments, our dust filter cartridge is with maintainance easy and durable servie life;
