2. Where is your factory located? Can we visit your factory? 

We are located in Guangzhou, China. About 30 minutes drive from Guangzhou International Airport. We can help you get the invitation and help you reserve hotel. We can go to pick you up from the airport or your hotel if you inform us in advance. Warmly welcome to visit us! 

3. What's the shipping method, delivery time?

Our products could be delivered by Sea, by Air or by Express door to door.. 

We can get your order ready within 3~15 working days according to the quantity. Please consult our sales person for detailed time.

4. What Payment methods can you accept?

We can accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Cash, Alibaba, etc.  

50% deposit paid before production, and balance paid before delivery. 

5. How to place an order?

6. How does your factory control the quality? 

We have our own QC department who will inspect the materials, manufacture processing, and testing. All of our products are tested by very strict quality control system before shipment. 

Every order will be tested for over 24 hours before shipment.

8. Can you make lower value commercial invoice for custom? 

Yes, the goods can be declared as gift / sample / replacement or decleared at lower value to avoid the custom tax, which is easy for you to do import custom proceeding.
