How To Use

1. Place the unit on the stable surface so that the red screw becomes on right side.
2. Adjust the gauga with the white and read screws to suit your knife size.
3. Place the knife between the whetstones.
4. Pull the knife towards you and push the front two to five times.
5. Let the sharpner replace so that the read screw becomes on the left side.
6. Pull and push the knife three to five times.
If the knife does not slife food with ease, it needs additional sharpening.

Remark

Anyone can sharpen knife like professional craftsman do easily and quickly in your home.
Before using the knife to slice food, always wipe thek knife blade with a damp cloth to remove metal filings during sharpening.
