       This machine using the fast dry ink, the ink at the jet nozzle will be dry when using stop, it will affect the print effect. If there is lack of ink and air into the jet nozzle for long time, the ink will dry and will damage the jet head.

 

1. Power connections should be checked prior to use properly, Ink for ink well, the internal settings are correct.

2. After booting the machine, first to squeeze ink, cleaning fluid within the pipe discharge.

3. Should check whether the best printing results, whether it must be processed.

4. Printing results are poor, treatment is directly extrude the ink, if not, using the cleaning liquid to spray on the nozzle and then extrude the ink.  

5. After each use, cover the printer head using the peinter cap.

6. do not to wipe the jet nozzle, because it is the static diaphragm on the jet head

7. After cartridge for use with the new ink cartridge after the first crowds, the air inside the pipe should be drained, If there is air bubble on the nozzle it does not drain.
