Product Description

Our company dedicated to research and development of metal nitride ceramic powder and distribution, cooperate with Tsinghua University, University of science and Technology Beijing (USTB) to maintain long-term cooperation.

We uses the self–propagation high–temperature synthesis (SHS) process to produce ceramic powder include: AlN, BN, TiN, Si3N4, TiCN. Purity and grain size control is better.
