This machine applies to :

sintering of electronic ceramics, high temperature structural ceramics;

powder metallurgy and nano materials;

Quenching of metal parts and annealing of glass or other crystalline;

And other heat treatments need rapid heating.

1.The hearth is made of high purity alumina mullite fiber material, with our unique technology, it has high thermostability and its easy to clean.

2.Independent protections of over-temperature, overcurrent, electric leakage and short-circuit. Assure your experiment safety.

3.The shell (double decker) is made of high quality steel, and the paint has been high-baked, so that the machine is wear well.

4.There is air cooling system between double decker, for temperature balance.

5.Intelligent temperature controller with fuzzy-PID, and timing function. And you can choose Fahrenheit/Celsius degree.

6.Optional parts: programmable temperature controller with 30 steps;RS485/232 interface and USB function.
