1. We don't have responsibility for damage by shipping. (Please inspect the package on receiving. If the carton is broken, you can refuse to receive it.)
2. We don't have responsibility for damage by man-made. We don't afford the responsibility for the bad products because of the wrong installation .
3.Within 6 months, for the quality problems:	First, please confirm the products do have quality problems, not caused by man-made damage, and in 180days warranty period.
	Second, please specify the problems and send us pictures of the problem products a.s.a.p, when we confirmed photos and the products information, we will talk about the return compensation solutions.
	Third, our customers can choose to return the broken goods, when we received and confirmed it, we will refund the customer including the send back delivery charge, or we can resend new work-well products to the customers. If the broken is not that serious, the customers can also ask for repair or discount in their next order from us.

 

7.Return policy& Remarks:(please read it carefully)

Return policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. That’s because we always go out of our way to test the goods in good working condition to ensure the quality. However, sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that case, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning the products.

A. Please make sure the products are from us and pack them with the original package we sent to you, especially the LCDs and lasers must be packed in bubble bags one by one, not several ones in one bubble bag, to avoid the broken goods.

B. Please make sure the items are in the warranty period before sending back.

C. After you confirm the above information, please send back to us at your side via express or post and pay for it firstly, and the shipping cost you can credit us back from your orders once we confirm the defective goods.

D. We only take charge for the shipping cost when the goods is defective on the quality, and we will not be responsible for the damage which caused on the shipping, we always provide the good package for all the goods to make it safer on shipping from our WH.

E. We will make replacement to you within 60 days after receiving the defective items.

F. We also provide repair service for your other goods, and will quote you the best repair cost once we get your enquiry.

Remarks:

1). There is six-month-warranty for all the goods, please make sure whether it is still in this period, and we will undertake the freight and repairing fee, or you will be in charge of it if the warranty expired.

 

2). Please send defective goods back to our HK office address, and we will test them in our Guangzhou WH.

 

3). Please test at least twice before you shipping back the defective goods to avoid the waste of freight and work, otherwise we will double charge you the amount including the value and freight for the good ones (we really do not want to do this, we just hope that you can take seriously on the defective goods and we can have pleasant cooperation). All the returned items we will test in Guangzhou and make replacement to you if it is consistent (the period between returning to HK and making replacement will be in 60 days).

 

4). Please pack the goods well one by one, we double said it because we have received the broken LCDs damaged on the shipping before and it is a waste of money and work for both of us.
