Shipping Way

1. For stock items, goods will be sent within 3-5 days.
2. By Express: DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,EMS; By Air or By Sea, Location Airport and Shipping port should be provided.
3. After payment received, goods will be sent within 3-5 days. The exact time will depend on shipping method.

3: How much is the sample fee?

• USD 100/type. 

4: If I want you to make one type with 5 different sizes, how much should I pay?

• USD 100, they will be regarded as one type. 

5: Will the sample fee be refunded after the order?

• If your order is over USD5,000, the sample fee will be refounded after the order is finished.

6: How to get the free samples?

• If you had placed an order to us before, the samples will be free from the next order. 

7: If I provide the original sample to you for duplicate, should I pay the sample fee as well?

• You don't need to. Duplication is free, but you need to pay the delivery cost. 

8: Who will pay the sample delivery cost?

• You have to pay it. 

9: If I'm not satisfied with the sample which you made, will you make an improved one? Should I pay the additional fee?

• No additional fee, we will go on the sample without any additional charge till your satisfaction. 

10: Where should I pay the money to?

• We have branch in Hong Kong, it's quite convenient.
