 Grape Wine Filling Machine

This rinsing filling and plunging monobloc is specially designed for grape wine and fruit wine. This grape wine filling machine integrates rinsing, negative filling and corking into one machine, compact structure and saving floor space.

 

Grape Wine Filling Machine machine features

1. It adopts one motor for driving, cardan shaft for transferring, frequency control of motor speed. These make sure the stable running, convenient operation, high automation and synchronism.
2. Overload protection device is equipped in this machine. If there is any bottle blocking, the machine will stop automatically. This design is able to avoid damage to the machine.
3. The main machine is covered by safeguard barrier and top cover. It avoid hazard to the operator. It also avoid the product be polluted.
4. The rinsing part is equipped with strong clamp. This avoid second pollution to the bottle mouth. The filling nozzle is controlled separately. No bottle no rinsing.
5. Electrical lifting device make it easier for different height of bottles. This can be set by button instead of change necessary parts.
6. Bottle input transferred by screw with high adaptability. If the diameter of bottles is similar, the operator can adjust the screw instead of changing it.
7. Filling device adopts vacuum and negative pressure filling with high precision filling valves. This makes sure the high precision of filling level.
8. Soft bottle holding parts protect the bottom of the bottle to avoid bottle broken.
9. Plunging system is designed according to Italian techniques with high adaptability.
