Usually ship with 40’HQ containers, one 20FT container can load around 160sqm foamed house,one 40’HQ container can load around 300sqm foamed house.		It takes around 2 days to purchase all the raw materials including all the extra doors, windows, decoration parts.

8. Payment terms:

1)T/T: 50% payment in advance, 50% balance by T/T before delivery

2)L/C: accept L/C at sight for amount over 100,000 US dollars.
