1. The production of our chandeliers are based on our own standard. If you have your own demand, we will follow your requirements. 

2. Net price/ factory price only. For FCL or LCL shipment, extra shipping charge will be added accordingly.

3. Payment terms: 50% of total amount is paid as deposit, balance to be paid before shipment, by T/T, Western Union etc. 

4. Electrical parts conform to CE, ROHS, UL, VDE, SAA, British standard ect.

Shipping Attentions: 

1. By sea to client's destination port. You need to pick up the goods at destination port, and pay local charge like wharf fee, duty, import tax, transport cost to your company etc. 

2. By sea door to door. This service is easily accessed to some countries like Singapore, UAE, Bahrain. For more information, you can contact us. 

3. By air to destination airpot. You need to pick up the goods at destination airport, pay local charge like duty, importa tax, transport cost to your company etc. 

4. By air door to door (Express service) by TNT, DHL, UPS or FEDEX. It is a very daily express service that helps to ship the goods from factory directly to customer's door. You need to pay import tax only.
