How to place an order with us?

(2) Contact us by email or messenger, and finish the order form after getting it or list the specification for us.

(3) Send the finished order form back to us. Then choose the payment way you prefer. We will give your the total amount and payment information.

(4) Send money to us and let us know your address(full name, address, zip code, telephone number). Then we will start to arrange your order after we receive your money.

(5) We will keep you informed the tracking number as soon as the order is ready and sent out.

(6) Receive our wigs and enjoy them.

 

Delivery time & shippment:

1 For stock order, we can send wigs to you within 1-3 days since the day we receive your money. For custom order, it takes about 2-3 weeks. Silk top wigs needs about 4 weeks.

2 We usually ship wigs by DHL, Fedex, TNT, or EMS.
