1. After you receive it and before you open the weft head, you can return it to us in 5 days to get 100% refund for your hair but not including shipping cost. 

2. After you open the package and weft head but before you use it, if you find any quality issue on weft head or hair itself, you can return to us to get replacement.

3. After you use it, the cause of the issue is hard to be defined due to human hair weft is natural product, we don't support on refund.

Q3. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
