1. What will be the delivery time? 

We have large quantities in Stock for normal Part,normal size. It usually can be shipped 2-3days.

2.What’s the warranty terms for the products?

For every product sold, we support 12 months manufacturer’s limited Warranty.

Accessories come with 3 months warranty.

3. Could you please send me the sample for the same . So that i could see

and analyze its quality?  

Yes. We can send samples first, samples need to be charged if the value is higher

4.How much will the express delivery cost?

The shipping discount are different because of different weight, volume and destination,

we will choose the cheapest and safest way according to your detailed requirement.

5.How soon will my order shipped?

Generally, upon the receipt of payment, goods will be shipped out within 2 working days

for samples. (Note: Exact delivery time mainly depends on the carrier services.) 

6. What can I do if I received a faulty item?

We hope all our customers will receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault

with an item when received, you can return it back to us. If any product is unsatisfactory,

due to defective workmanship or materials, we will replace or refund you the purchase
