Samples and production lead time

Samples, normally need about 4-7 days if using our stock color yarn, while need to dye the correct color yarn, it will need about 15-30 days, as it need the time to dye the yarn..

Production, normally need about 45-60 days after everything confirmed.

 

Technology

Our embroidery and print have full experience to make exquisite and high quality end productions.

We have test needle machinewhich is rarely appear in the apparel industry. It can test metal or needle in the end of productions, this can prevent baby and adult from hurting.

 

 

Shipping

For samples,any shipping way you can choose,TNT,FEDEX,UPS,DHL,EMS and so on.

For production, both sea and air shipment is OK for us, we have good forwarder workers.

Sample Charges:

For the 1^st cooperation,we may ask sample charges,but it all RETURN when order placed,for later cooperation,samples are free,unless the sample do cost so much cost.

 

Quality Control

The main duty of QC team is inspection every progress of products in production line, finished products,accessories.Our QC team is consist of 15 person who own many years experience in quality control.Every order,every progress of production will serious inspect by our QC team, any defect or unqualified won’t pass inpection.

Besides the in-house quality control,the third party like CMA carry out final random inspection during mass production before shipping.
