A:Within 24 hours after we get the inquiry.

Q:I want to get a sample ,what need i do?
A:Give us the exact data of the product, include size,weight ,color etc.we can provide sample in 5 workdays,but u need to pay the cost if u want the design u give with printing processing,include the cost of sample and shipping.

Q:How long will i get the sample we need?
A:As usual ,we need a week to make the sample .So ,you can get it about 10 days arter u pay foy it.If your project requires special needs,attention or a crazy idea implemented,we can help.

Q:Can i get the custom packaging or assembly.
A:Yes,we always follow the customer's design exactly,we have our professional related personnel with years experience to make it.

All of our boxes are customized made. The size, box style, structure, design will all be customized made.

1) Design:  

   Our designer will draw the design of the box for free with your required layout and logo, design on.   

2) Payment:

   30% deposit once goods value above $2000, the balance T/T, Western Union or paypal before  shipment.

    The other specific issues can be negotiated .

   Pls confirm all the details with us before do the prepayment.

3) Sample Making:

sample price: according to detailed requirements with the design;  If plain product without any color or design on, the price    will be cheaper.

sample time:  3 to 7 days as normal.

Sample fee refunding system: Part or full of the sample fee can be refunded into the bulk order.

4) Packaging:

   1. By Master shipping Carton box usually

   2. Wrapped by shrink film; with pallets

   3. Or according to your requirements

5) Shipping

   1.For unheavy goods, it can be shipped by express delivery such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS and so on. 

   2. For heavy and big volume goods, shipping by air or sea will be best option.
