Name: carbon steel carrier roller with trade assurance

a) Diameter range: Ø60mm-219mm, other diameters available on request.

b) Pipe length: From 150mm-3500mm

c) Material: Pipe, Q235 equal to S235JR(DIN); Shaft, 45# STEEL (GB) equal to C45(DIN)

d) Bearing: deep groove ball and double sealing bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance

e) Grease: Lithium soap type grease, grease retaining inner seal with multi-stage labytinyh and retention cap with outboard rubbering flinger seal

f) Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors, grease is permanent lubricant.

g) Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end

h) Painting: ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting
