Description of slab diamond segment:

1. Diamond segment used for the saw blade from 250 to 3500mm.

2. We can design the diamond segment according to stone feature, such as hard, medium-hard or soft. If the material is hard, the bond of the diamond segments should be softer. Because diamonds are apt to become blunt when cutting hard material. The softer bond can be worn down with the blunt diamonds faster, and then make new diamonds beneath be more easily exposed to participate in cutting.

About the hardness of stone :

For example , we could produce the diamond segment according to your granite hardness as below:

Granite Grade 1 - for soft granite (example: Nero Africa / Impala Black)

Granite Grade 2 - for middle soft granite (example: Uba Tuba )

Granite Grade 3 - for middle hard granite (example: Caledonia)

Granite Grade 4 - for hard granite (example: India Red - Black Granite )
