Product Introduction:

 

Ceramic lined steel pipe (referred to as: wear resistant ceramic pipe) is one of the key popularization projects in the national "863" program (National High Technology Research and Development Program). Adopting SHS Centrifuge Technology, from inside and out are corundum ceramics layer (Al2O3 aluminum oxide), transition layer and steel pipe layer. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the fused alumina above 1300  compounds uniformly on the wall of steel pipe and solidifies, which has uniform, smooth and compact advantages.

With high hardness of ceramicshigh toughness and plasticity of steel, wear resistant ceramic pipe has excellent wear resistanceheat resistanceimpact resistance and thermal shock resistance, which is especially suitable for wear and erosion in high temperature. It is widely used for material conveying in power, metallurgy, coal, mining and cement industry. Compared with common seamless steel pipe, the service life of wear resistant ceramic pipe has doubled and redoubled, which is an ideal pipe with high temperature resistance and wear resistance.

The inner layer of wear resistant ceramic pipe is corundum ceramics, and its Mohs hardness is above 9.0 or equivalent to HRC 90, which has high wear resistance to conveying medium in the power, coal, metallurgy and mining industry.
